Solve the system of equations \[\lineqs{7 x + 7 &=& 3x-5 \cr 8 x + 9 &=& 4 x - 1 \cr}\] in \(x\). Give the answer in the form \(none\) if there is no solution, otherwise in the form \(x=a\) for a suitable number \(a\).
