Solve the system of equations \[\lineqs{9 x -3 &=& 2x-10 \cr 5 x -1 &=& 8 x +2 \cr}\] in \(x\). Give the answer in the form \(none\) if there is no solution, otherwise in the form \(x=a\) for a suitable number \(a\).
