Solve the system of equations \[\lineqs{2 x + 3 &=& 9x-11 \cr 5 x + 8 &=& 8 x +2 \cr}\] in \(x\). Give the answer in the form \(none\) if there is no solution, otherwise in the form \(x=a\) for a suitable number \(a\).
