Solve the system of equations \[\lineqs{9 x -9 &=& 5x-21 \cr 7 x -9 &=& 4 x - 15 \cr}\] in \(x\). Give the answer in the form \(none\) if there is no solution, otherwise in the form \(x=a\) for a suitable number \(a\).
