Solve the system of equations \[\lineqs{2 x -6 &=& 7x-11 \cr 3 x + 8 &=& 2 x +9 \cr}\] in \(x\). Give the answer in the form \(none\) if there is no solution, otherwise in the form \(x=a\) for a suitable number \(a\).
