Solve the system of equations \[\lineqs{7 x -2 &=& 9x-6 \cr 4 x -7 &=& 2 x - 2 \cr}\] in \(x\). Give the answer in the form \(none\) if there is no solution, otherwise in the form \(x=a\) for a suitable number \(a\).
