Solve the system of equations \[\lineqs{4 x + 8 &=& 3x+5 \cr 2 x + 4 &=& 8 x +22 \cr}\] in \(x\). Give the answer in the form \(none\) if there is no solution, otherwise in the form \(x=a\) for a suitable number \(a\).
