Solve the system of equations \[\lineqs{9 x + 8 &=& 2x-13 \cr 6 x -1 &=& 9 x +8 \cr}\] in \(x\). Give the answer in the form \(none\) if there is no solution, otherwise in the form \(x=a\) for a suitable number \(a\).
