Solve the system of equations \[\lineqs{9 x -2 &=& 7x-6 \cr 9 x + 3 &=& 4 x - 7 \cr}\] in \(x\). Give the answer in the form \(none\) if there is no solution, otherwise in the form \(x=a\) for a suitable number \(a\).
