Solve the system of equations \[\lineqs{4 x -5 &=& 3x-5 \cr 3 x + 3 &=& 8 x +3 \cr}\] in \(x\). Give the answer in the form \(none\) if there is no solution, otherwise in the form \(x=a\) for a suitable number \(a\).
