Solve the system of equations \[\lineqs{3 x -7 &=& 2x-6 \cr 7 x -3 &=& 8 x - 3 \cr}\] in \(x\). Give the answer in the form \(none\) if there is no solution, otherwise in the form \(x=a\) for a suitable number \(a\).
