Basic skills in R: Getting help
Google information or ask ChatGPT
Google and ChatGPT can be your friends to look for sample R code or find more information about an R function. Of course, the website https://www.r-project.org, which contains much documentation on R, is your primary resource. But also websites like https://stackexchange.com for asking help at R communities, websites like https://www.statmethods.net, https://rkabacoff.github.io/datavis, and https://www.tidyverse.org, which are oriented towards doing statistics and data science with R, and other beginner's guides like R for Graduate Students are helpful.
Below we show an example of asking ChatGPT for some explanation of a line of R code. Alternatively you can give ChatGPT some R code and ask what's wrong about it. You can ask ChatGPT for sample code.
